2/21/2007 Funzionerà?- Non andare a letto se non hai sonno e non cercare di forzare il sonno
- Utilizza il letto solo per dormire: evita di guardare la tv, mangiare, lavorare o studiare a letto
- Vai a letto e svegliati con un orario il più possibile regolare
- Non dormire di giorno quando hai dormito poco di notte
- Rispetta gli orari dei pasti e privilegia una cena leggera
- Se non riesci a dormire dopo dieci minuti, alzati dal letto e cambia stanza. Non innervosirti, magari preparati una tisana. Il bisogno di sonno arriva con ciclicità ogni 90 minuti circa
- Non bere caffè/the dopo le tre del pomeriggio
- Non fare esercizi fisici intensi nelle ore serali
- Limita le sieste durante il giorno e non addormentarti dopo cena davanti alla TV

andrebbe detto anche mooolte altre persone... joseph su tutti... e nn sapete che dolore essere d'accordo con cecchi panzone!
 ah.. poi.. visto che in italia fanno politica vescovi e co. e ci sono politici che danno retta a quel che dicono alle prossime elezioni insieme ai politici voglio poter scegliere il papa, i vescovi, i preti e pure i chirichetti.. visto che sono loro a voler fare le leggi in italia...
